Helped me by changing my battery when I was told I’d have to take to an auto repair shop or a dealership to have it done. Interstate battery was very professional and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road right away! Highly recommend!

They helped recycled two laptop batteries- one of which was very swollen. Very kind employees there when i went in too ☺️ Thank you so much for recycling batteries, I wouldn't have known what to do without your help!!!

Been a customer for 15 years. Need a watch battery for my 88 mother watch.. left the shop after install for 10 - 15 minutes the time never changed.. Returned to the store to have them check their work was refused store closing come back Monday.. I'm I need customer service.. refused again with poor attitude.. Requested a refund granted... I left the refund money with the installer.. his service was more valuable to me the the cost of the watch battery.... Hopefully that awaken his connection with the customer need.. Watch was need a reminder to take meds and prevent hospital visi

Very helpful employees. My battery was corroded on the negative terminal and they spared some battery cleaner for free so that was awesome. Was able to use on-site tools to get my battery swapped 💯

Incredible customer service. The manager Ray was exceptional and helping me solve a very unique electrical problem that needed to be off the grid. By far the best battery store in town. Don't look anywhere else!
